Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact support@zorvaxia.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items marked Final Sale or custom-made products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund your order promptly.
